Overview:
Airport Drayage Co is a leading transportation management company focused on delivering value-based transportation solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to strategically serve and grow our key accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts across all modes and divisions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through relationship building and business reviews.
• Implement customer-centered solutions to drive growth and maximize revenue.
• Recommend pricing strategies to maximize volume and margin while maintaining customer value.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and expenses.
• Conduct business reviews with clients on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Experience in sales and managing customer accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a TSA background check.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Grow assigned accounts revenue by a minimum of 10% year over year.
• Procure 2 qualified referrals per month.
• Maintain a pipeline of at least 5 opportunities and $150k in gross potential revenue.
• Sell all new accounts at service type rates and margins provided.

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales and managing customer accounts.

• Hourly wage of $23-$24/hour
